It has been four long years since the first Pathfinder volunteered to help guide Overlorde to its reunion and ultimately to this very day. The release of the debut Overlorde full length CD, RETURN OF THE SNOW GIANT!
You all to be congratulated. Lift a hearty ale and toast you and your comrades!
But now is not the time to rest (well, after sleeping off the celebratory hangover!). For Overlorde's continued march on metaldom rests on the success of this CD. So the mission is launched to promote and spread the word about RETURN OF THE SNOW GIANT!
The name of this mission is
OPERATION OVERLORDE
This is an all-encompassing mission with many assignments, just as the original Operation Overlord (D-Day) entailed many independent assignments working in unison. In this case, these assignments are designed to spread the name "Overlorde" to every possible corner of the metal kingdom.
You are asked to volunteer for specific assignments, based on your abilities and desires. More assignments will follow, and the FORCE RECON EUROPA website will be eventually be put to good use in this effort. But for now, here are a few assignments for you to act upon:

The new forums are here! Gone are the ezboard forums! Thanks to Raider Michel of Metal Crypt, Overlorde's new forums are hosted at www.metalcrypt.com. There is a general Overlorde forum and a members-only Force Recon forum. You can access them from the interact page. Go here first to register as a user at Metal Crypt. If you are a Force Recon member, drop an e-mail with your new screen name and you'll be given access to the Force Recon forum. |

Some sites allow you to post a review or reaction under a listing for the CD. The distributor METALDISC allows this without registering (see right side of page). METALREVIEWS.COM (bottom of page) and METAL ARCHIVES (Encyclopaedia Metallum- top of page) allows it but you do have to register. METALDISC is a great place to do it since it is a mail-order site and people can order it immediately after reading the review! |

Well of course! Buy your copy immediately so you can hear it for yourself! Head to your local record store or visit the Sonic Age Records online store (ships from Greece). If your local store does not yet carry the CD, use the list of distributors to see who covers your territory and give this name to your local record store so they can stock it! Additional notes: - Distribution in Germany, Austria & Switzerland has been postponed until January 10th.
